BC Open Education Librarians (BCOEL)

The BCOEL is a community of practice for librarians in the province to learn about open education practices. It seeks to provide awareness of open practices that support flexibility and equitable access to instruction while reducing financial burdens for students through the adoption of open resources.

British Columbia Teaching and Learning Council (BCTLC)

The BCTLC is a community of leaders in the B.C. post-secondary system who work on improvements to teaching, learning technologies, scholarly practice, student learning, and related topics. Its mission is to provide leadership on issues, challenges, and directions that enhance teaching and learning in B.C.

ETUG is an engaged community of educators focused on using technology to enhance teaching and learning. Its mission is to support a vibrant, innovative, evolving, and supportive community that shares ideas, resources, and professional development.

Open EdTech Collaborative (OpenETC)

The OpenETC is a group of educators that provide open and ethical online tools for educators. It uses a “contributions, not contracts” approach.
